As our Legal Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact, the key to making a memorable first impression, and the cornerstone of our client relationships.
Your Role: The Keeper of All Things Front of House
This position balances the art and science of outstanding customer care. It requires the right combination of empathy, communication skills, attention to detail, and technical know-how. You’ll play an integral role in creating noteworthy client experiences and helping ensure the Firm’s metrics and goals are met.

Responsibilities:
This is a full-time, on-site position in our Tacoma office. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Reception: Be the welcoming presence that our clients first encounter, in person and over the phone, and maintain a welcoming and professional lobby.
- Office Services: Ensure the copiers are filled with paper, the staplers have staples, and the conference room is prepped before meetings, and reset after meeting.
- Client Hospitality: Ensure that our clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their experience with us.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: Manage appointments and schedules with precision, avoiding conflicts and maximizing efficiency.
- Database & Client Relationship Management: Maintain and organize client information to support ongoing relationships.
- Mail Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with care.
- Screening Potential New Clients: Identify client needs and ensure they are directed to the appropriate legal services.
- Selling Legal Services: Confidently present our services to potential clients, ensuring they understand the value we offer, and recommending the appropriate attorney for their matter.
- New Client Intake: Handle all aspects of client intake, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Keep our database accurate and up to date, reporting intake metrics to the Intake Specialist.
Compensation: $23 – $25 hourly
