Family Law Services Consultant
Bliss Law Group is seeking a compassionate, confident, and highly skilled Family Law Services Consultant to guide potential clients through one of the most important decisions they may ever make—choosing the right legal team to support them through life’s most challenging transitions.
If you are passionate about helping people navigate difficult decisions, thrive in a role rooted in service and communication, and want to be part of a mission-driven team, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
The Family Law Services Consultant plays a pivotal role in helping potential clients understand their options, gain clarity, and feel supported as they consider engaging our firm. You will meet with prospective clients after their attorney consultations, answer questions, discuss the legal services agreement and billing practices, set expectations and provide steady, professional guidance throughout the decision-making and onboarding process.
This role blends empathy, communication, organization, and strategic follow-through. It is ideal for someone who can hold space for individuals in crisis while confidently walking them through the steps needed to begin working with our firm. Your ability to build trust and communicate the value of our services—without pressure—will be key to ensuring a positive experience from the very first interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with potential clients following their consultation to review next steps, explain Bliss Law Group’s process, and ensure clarity around available services.
- Provide thoughtful guidance as clients consider whether to retain the firm.
- Assist clients in understanding fee structures, timelines, and expectations.
- Guide prospective clients through the onboarding process, helping them complete engagement paperwork and answering follow-up questions.
- Maintain consistent communication through phone, email, and structured follow-up outreach to support clients during their decision-making process.
- Manage and track all leads, consultations, and follow-up cycles using the firm’s CRM and intake systems.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and clarity in all interactions.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and the Director of Operations to ensure a smooth and positive client onboarding experience.
- Report conversion trends, client feedback, and process improvement opportunities to leadership.
Who You Are
- You communicate warmth, confidence, and professionalism in equal measure.
- You excel in a client-facing role, particularly with individuals who are under emotional strain.
- You are a strong listener, able to understand concerns and respond with clarity and compassion.
- You enjoy managing structured follow-up cycles and thrive in a role that blends relationship-building with results.
- You value a trauma-informed, client-centered approach and take pride in helping people feel supported.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple conversations and timelines.
- You resonate deeply with BLG’s culture of kindness, excellence, and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, admissions, client engagement, customer success, or a similar conversion-focused role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with individuals in sensitive or emotional situations.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing CRM or lead-management tools.
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to remain steady, calm, and professional under pressure.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a legal, counseling, medical, or professional services environment.
- Training or experience with trauma-informed communication.
- Familiarity with family law terminology and processes (or the ability to learn quickly).
Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 salary + commission
