With a foundation in storytelling and a career built on client service, Jaymes Fleury brings empathy, an eye for detail, and dedication to his role at Bliss Law Group. He earned his degree in Creative Writing from Western Washington University, where he honed his ability to translate complex experiences into clear and meaningful narratives. His early work as a writer and radio host deepened his connection to the diverse voices of the Puget Sound region and sparked his passion for ensuring that every person’s story is represented with care.
Jaymes’s professional path has spanned roles in customer relations and operations at Tesla and Walker’s Renton Mazda, where he navigated high-volume transactions, trained new team members, and ensured compliance with state regulations. Known for his ability to de-escalate tense situations and bring clarity to complicated processes, he developed a strong reputation for balancing efficiency and compassion. During his tenure at Tesla, Jaymes received a Challenge Coin from the Washington State Patrol in recognition of his successful coordination of a complex fleet delivery, a testament to his commitment to excellence under pressure.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jaymes has dedicated time to environmental stewardship through the Washington Conservation Corps, contributing to restoration projects across the Salish Sea. As an Eagle Scout, he values teamwork, resilience, and service—principles that continue to guide both his personal and professional life.
Having experienced the challenges of family separation firsthand, Jaymes approaches clients with understanding and empathy. He believes that true healing begins with being genuinely listened to and is committed to ensuring every client’s voice is honored throughout their legal journey.
Outside of his work, Jaymes finds inspiration in the outdoors—backpacking, scuba diving, and exploring winding Pacific Northwest roads in his Miata. On quieter days, he enjoys craft homebrewing and growing his vinyl record collection, always seeking new ways to connect with stories and creativity.
